Adobe has now certainly reached the limit of their abuse of market dominance. Yes, in a letter they say they will not use your content. But in their Terms of Use, you grant them the right to ownership of your work. And this makes it legally valid.
Point 4.2 of the terms seems specifically written in a way to allow usage of your content to train their AI. This part is not even new.
Have you ever heard of a dominant int. corp. that does not use all possible power to squeeze every drop of profit out of you? So better not to believe their saying, believe their judicial valid documents.
