I am running Freehand MX using Fusion 7, Snow Leopard Server all running on Yosemite. At the moment I'm using a trial version of Fusion. Freehand is working fine but I'm having trouble accessing the files on Yosemite. I also can't seem to drag & drop between the 2 systems. The other problem is that Fusion only gives me 1 resolution to choose from 1024 x 768. I'm using a 21.5 inch Imac which normally has a resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Does anyone know the best method to save or transfer files & change the resolution & window size. Also is there any way to open Freehand files with Illustrator CC?

Re: Fusion 7 & snow leopard Server
I can't answer your Fusion question since I don't have that but if it is like Parallels, maybe you could ask the question on one of the posts here and see if a user has an answer. Also is there any way to open Freehand files with Illustrator CC?
For opening FreeHand files in AI-CC, this has been solved by this plugin:

It works great! You will need an AI CS3-CS5 install but even a demo works.

One other thing about the FH>AI converter, there is a discount code for FreeHand Forum users. Type this code into the order page: fhforum10
Re: Fusion 7 & snow leopard Server
Hi Bernie
I am running:
Fusion 7.1.3
on 27" iMac, OSX 10.11.3 El Capitan
Have 10.6.3 OSX Server running in Fusion with FreeHand and Adobe's GoLive running fine.
Same issue with drag and drop but remember, this is OSX server and not designed to share user desktops.
Create a share folder in Fusion and connect to your host machine so you can drop your files in there and then FreeHand can get access to it (or just share you documents folder).

in terms of the screen resizing, have you installed the VM Tools?
If you have, you should be able to resize the screen by dragging the bottom right hand corner of the window and the Fusion will resize.
