My suggestion is Vectrillus XE.

The root words are not hard to discern, "vector" and "illustrate." The "XE" is modern abbreviation for "extra easy" or "exceptional." Although the root words are English, the name would be recognizable world-wide. A Google search returns zero hits, so it would not be confused with any other product or entity. And it is easily pronounced.

Freeform - I've chosen this because it implies close ties to Freehand in it's title similarity and also ease of use with a nod to open, creative and expressive ways of communication.

Remember some of us live in other countries (Spanish Speaking) and names like stagehand or beizerxxx are a bit difficult or ugly to name in these languages.

It has to be fast, sticky and easy to pronounce in other languages.
