Hello,
I've read the newsletter from today telling that "Free Freehand and its attorneys underwent a mediation with Adobe and its attorneys at the federal courthouse in San Francisco before a Court-appointed mediator" followed by an explanation. I'm sorry, but I understand nothing about law. Why is it a good news if we don't know what attorneys have talked about ? Does it mean that a solution is about to arrive ?
Thank you
Freehand and mediation
Re: Freehand and mediation
Attorneys have said what they can without stepping beyond the limits of this case. This is typical of the legal system and answers will come in time. As they said, mediation is an important stage in the litigation process because Adobe and FFH are actually communicating.
Re: Freehand and mediation
Thank you FreeFreehand folks for all the time you have spent on this issue. I hope you will be successful in persuading Adobe to incorporate some of Freehand's features to improve the next version Illustrator.
