Where to buy?

I'm finally getting a Cintiq, and of course the FIRST THING I want to do is fire up the pressure sensitive pen that I haven't used since Wacom was serial and files were .FH7 on Windows... or was it FH4...

So the REAL question is, where do I buy a legit license today? Any source for used licenses, or did they all get turned into Illustrator *shudder* upgrades?
