Adobe survey

Post by Pixero »

Today I got a popup window while surfing the Adobe site asking me to take part in a survey. After some questions about the site there was a couple of questions that I answered this way:

Specifically, what was your primary reason for visiting today?

To see if Adobe had come to their sences and decided to update Freehand instead of letting us users suffer with Illustrator's workflow flaws.

To what extent were you able to accomplish what you wanted to today?

Not at all

In your own words, what factor(s) prevented you from accomplishing what you wanted to today?
Please be as specific as possible so that we can take action on your feedback.

Adobes lack of interest in giving it's customers what they want. Yes, Freehand users are customers too.
A lot of us are more than willing to pay for your product (Freehand) if only you decide to update it to work with todays computers (Windows and OSX) and fix bugs like PDF export and color management.
We WANT to give you our money! Please let us.

Exactly. People would spend money to get what they want/need and be in their comfort zone. I hope Adobe would realize this.
