What can we do next?

Just a quick response before I go to bed. I noticed that the Homepage here only has a few languages. One noticeable omission Italian ..... There are loads of Italian designers using Freehand I would imagine .....

Can Apple not get involved??? Even buy the the product.

Colleges that still run Freehand courses. I have found 15 is the UK so far ...... I shall contact them tomorrow.

Right, the homepage doesn't have Italian language but if you know that Italian users would benefit then it probably could be done. We need a translation of the home page by yourself (or an Italian member) and sent to us at info@freefreehand.org.

Can Apple get involved? Well, this was talked about a lot last year and the problem being Windows users would be shut out and there are a lot of Windows members here. The best idea is getting it done ourselves as either open source or with a legitimate commercial partner.

Great idea on contacting the Colleges! Well done, as the instructors are obviously FreeHand users. Keep up the good work (and I hope your Leopard/FreeHand troubles get fixed!)

Looking at the donation target levels, it looks like we are relatively close. Does the group feel a new push would help us across the final hurdle? And if every member that is currently signed up could generate just ONE additional member each, then we could strengthen our numbers further. Is it worth us all investing that time?

Sally - great idea about locating the FreeHand courses. We must be able to drum up some support from there!
