As of now, OSXFH does not run on M1 chips.

Note from OSXFH.com: 4.26.2021 – OSXFH will NOT run on Apple’s new M1 chip. We are working on porting OSXFH to the new machines via Parallels V16.5 .

Good to know. I likely won't upgrade anytime soon anyway. Using OSXFH quite a bit lately.
