Success with FH on a Macbook Pro, OSX 10.12, Parallels 12

Im looking to single install arch onto my Early-2015 Macbook Pro Retina 13" 12,1.

Ive heard about rEFInd deprecated right? and how I should be using rEFIt.

Has anyone had any experience with this and could shed some light as to how to go about it? Just looking if anyone has any tips for advice

I did it for both my mac through rEFInd (http://www.rodsbooks.com/re.... No need for an extra boot manager for Linux if you have that.

Am really impressed with all your technical knowledge on running systems, I'm such a dummy when it comes to this but one of my macs is playing up now (really old) so I might have to try. Really need my Freehand working
